At Noor-e-Khalis, we are committed to providing you with pure, high-quality organic products delivered safely and promptly to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  1. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your shipping location.

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS We pack our products with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please inspect it immediately upon arrival and contact us at noorekhalis.organics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

  2. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at noorekhalis.organics@gmail.com before the order is dispatched.

  3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY SUMMARY We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
